Notice to the City of Weirton Sewer Customers
If you have sewage back up in your home, basement or business, call the Sanitary Board before you call a plumber. It could be a main line blockage that is causing the back up and there is no charge for one of our employees to check the lines and if there is a problem we will correct it.
We are staffed 24 hours a day 365 days a year and we can have someone respond within 30 minutes.
If you experience sewage back up call 304-797-8550 and press 1 for a "sewer emergency". If no one answers the phone, leave a message with the nature of the problem, your name, address and a phone number and we will call you back.
